This Privacy Policy describes how Terra Stake SRL (“we”, “our”, “the Company”)
collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the OSINT
Intelligence(TM) mobile application (“the App”).

For users in the European Union: Terra Stake SRL acknowledges the extraterritorial
application of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation
2016/679) pursuant to Article 3(2). EU users enjoy all rights set forth in
Sections 7 and 8 of this Policy.

b) NOTIFICATION DATA (via Firebase Cloud Messaging)
– FCM device token
– Topic subscriptions (breaking_news, cyber_alerts, military,
news_updates, defcon_alerts, general_updates)

c) SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING DATA (via Google Play Billing)
– Subscription status (free / Pro)
– Active product SKU (osint_pro_monthly / osint_pro_yearly)
– Subscription expiry date
Note: payment details are processed exclusively by Google Play.
Terra Stake SRL does not receive or store credit card or payment data.

d) USAGE DATA
– Features accessed, articles viewed, search queries
– Interaction with Content (topics followed, sources tracked)
– YouTube channel interactions if YouTube account is linked

e) TECHNICAL DATA
– App version, device OS version
– Session timestamps

We do NOT collect:
– Device location / GPS data
– Device storage contents
– Personal data of any third-party individuals
– Financial or payment instrument data

4. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications.

– Topic categories you can manage in App settings:
breaking_news, cyber_alerts, military, news_updates

– Topic categories active by default and not individually disableable:
defcon_alerts, general_updates
(these carry critical service and security alerts)

– You may disable ALL push notifications via your device’s system
notification settings for the App at any time.

5. GOOGLE SIGN-IN AND FIREBASE

Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). When you
sign in with Google, we receive the profile data listed in Section 2(a).
Firebase Authentication is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy

Firebase processes data on Google’s infrastructure. Data may be stored on
Google servers located in the United States and other regions where Google
operates. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf under its Data
Processing Terms.

6. YOUTUBE INTEGRATION

The App provides access to a partner YouTube channel (Parabellum) via the
YouTube Data API v3. If you link your YouTube account for interactive features
(e.g., subscribing to a channel), we temporarily handle a YouTube OAuth 2.0
token. This token is used solely to perform the requested action and is not
stored long-term on our servers.

YouTube data usage is subject to:

You can revoke YouTube account access at any time via your Google Account

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA TRANSFERS

7.1 CLOUDFLARE
API traffic passes through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA)
acting as CDN and security proxy. Cloudflare Privacy Policy:

7.2 GOOGLE PLAY BILLING
Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. Terra Stake SRL receives
only subscription status information, not payment details. Google Play Privacy
Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

7.3 OPEN DATA SOURCES
Content in the App is derived from publicly available open-source intelligence
feeds. These sources do not contain personal
data of identifiable individuals. Terra Stake SRL does not transmit user
personal data to these sources.

7.4 DATA TRANSFER SUMMARY
Your data may be processed in:
– Republic of Moldova (data controller)
– European Union (backend servers, subject to change)
– United States (Google/Firebase infrastructure, Cloudflare)
– Other countries where Google and Cloudflare operate infrastructure

For EU users: transfers to Moldova are covered by Council of Europe Convention
108. Transfers to the US via Google and Cloudflare are governed by Standard
Contractual Clauses.

– OBJECT to processing based on legitimate interest
– WITHDRAW CONSENT at any time

The App is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your
data. Authentication is delegated to Google Firebase, which provides
industry-standard security. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot
guarantee absolute security of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated via an in-app notice or push notification. The updated policy will
